What does the proposal cover?
Members and households, sites and plots, waiting lists, notices, activities and an official inspection record. Gardeners use the familiar personal planner with their own association portal.
Personal planting plans stay private
The committee sees association records within its permissions. A committee role does not open private crops, harvests, notes or photos.
A clear price example
For 100 active gardening households and 20 garden places, the proposal is €367 a year: €199 for administration and €168 for the app component. Full coverage of those 100 households uses the selected Dutch reference of €799 a year, including VAT.
