A good start: warmth and light
Warm sowing can be done indoors or in a heated greenhouse. After germination, every seedling needs enough light. A dark attic needs grow lights. An unheated greenhouse can become very cold at night: measure the temperature and check the advice for your crop.

- Germination and temperature
- Koele opkweek; warme droge omstandigheden vergroten de kans op schieten.

- Direct zaaien is eenvoudig. Dun uit op de afstand van het ras.
- Hardening off and planting out
- Direct gezaaide spinazie blijft op haar plek.
Kies een ras voor de juiste daglengte; een voorjaarsras is niet automatisch geschikt voor de zomer.
